Please give complete history of the patient in detail.
When was he completely normal, how it started, what all problems he was having. Why was MRI done( if you were informed by the doctor). And what is the present condition.
Treatment is always given to patient, not to his MRI/CT. Something which needs surgery in one patient, may not be true in another patient. Patient condition plays a major role in deciding what needs to be done, not just MRI/CT..
