Hi. My 2.5 month old daughter has urinated only 5-10 ml in last 12 hrs. She hasn't urinated since 7 hrs approx. she had approx 250 ml of breast milk in last 12 hrs. What should I do?

Breastfeed frequently preferably 2 hourly.
