I'm confused on which one should i take between Regeron-E plus or Regeron Vita w/ chlorella and the dosage, 20 yrs old 5'7 underweight having hard time to gain weight.

I think you should not depend on regeron e/vital instead go for mornings tablets they are a superfood supplement and we should figure out why are you underweight and get to the root cause of the problem plz contact if desired
