I have doubt regarding the "Applying oil on hair" if we are facing with ("seborrheic melanosis") on oily skin Is it true if we apply the oil that creates pigmentation on face? What are the reasons that applying oil creates pigmentation on cheeks and forehead?How to get rid of those problem.. Please give me your valuable answers
