Accidentally applies vice in the eyes what to do, washed eyes with water, however it's still swollen and has turned red

wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water. put Mosi dx eye drops 2to3 times daily and lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.
