How do I apply Jonas CT lotion with coal tar? Do I apply it on my scalp and keep it overnight? Or do I wash it off after an hour or so?

Better wash it off after an hour. Why are you using coal tar based lotion. What is exactly your problems. Is that dandruff or sebderm or psoriasis. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment.
