Hi doctor I have attached reports of my husband, please suggest what to do next, He is having pain from Wednesday night.in right lower abdomen Doctor gave 2 tablet but still not reduced ,it's constant. Please suggest what we should do next. Should we see surgeon

From the reports nothing is suggestive of appendicitis but it is more of a clinical diagnosis. So it is better to consult a surgeon and get himself examined.
Next Steps
If there is still a doubt after examination, a CT scan will be asked for and based on that treatment will be suggested.
