Wether she had appendicitis or appendix? . Everybody has appendix in his body. It's only problematic when it gets infected. Having said that, infection is not life long. It's gets cured with due time or get worse. So if she has any symptoms such as fever, pain, loss of appetite, vomiting etc then she needs urgent hospitalization. If she has no symptoms, you can go ahead and nothing is to be worried
