Appendix 10mm is dangerous?is this ok to take tablts or do we need to do operation.. Scanning report shows as 10mm but it is not at all clear picture

It's not the size of appendix but whether it is inflamed or not. But if a person has acute appendicitis then the treatment is surgery rather than tablets.
