Appendicitis Related..

My brother is having very high pain in stomach and it transmitted back to lower back as well. He is having gas problem and having constipation at the same time since 7 days. He is having fever in between for last three days as well. He has gone through several test like USG CTSCAN BARIUM XRAY(BMFT). please help me if he is having appendicitis problems. Test details are attached here.
