I have done USG and I have appendix. It's the stage where there is no option than operation. Is appendix operation will painful?is it open surgery or laparoscopic?the injections which will give are painful or not?wheather I will alive or senseless during Surgery?Please do in details

DX - ⢠CBC â inc WBC. ⢠Sonogram, Abd or CT, Abd.

TX - ⢠IV Clindamycin, Gentamicin (Aminoglycoside). ⢠Consult gen surg. ⢠Pre-op (IV fluids, coag, type and crossmatch, NPO). ⢠Appendectomy.

appendix is an oragan which is present in everybody. unless its infected , painful its nt removed. both lap as well as open surgery cn b done. its done under general anaesthesia so u vl be in sort of deep sleep so u neither remember nor feel any pain.
