Appendectomy incisions

Hello, I just had a non-emergency would be 3 incisions sites, and everything I’ve looked at online has 2-3. However I ended up with 4...umbilical, two just below that and the one on the right. I’m not worried, just asking out of curiosity why I might have an additional site. By the time I see my doctor next week I’ll probably forget :)

Please Your surgeon know better as what happened during surgery he knows.
