Echocardiogram/Doppler study is diagnostic ECG can detect few changes like ventricular hypertrophy due to the stenosis.However ECG remains normal in 10 percent of patients. Symptoms related to aortic stenosis depends on the severity of stenosis ,but it's a gradual progressive over the period of years and not sudden
