They are both similar reports, don't get confused by the different wordings used in the reports. Both mention vascular loops are present on the right side. However there is no significant compression of either 5th or 7th cranial nerves. In addition the first report mentions that there is a branch vein seen over left 5th cranial nerves which is of no clinical significance. These are essentially normal reports. If u are suffering from trigeminal neuralgia you need to continue your medical treatment and there is no need for any surgical management.
