As your sister has no gall bladder, she is unable to digest fat in her diet, so any fat that she eats, will not be digested, and will produce all the symptoms that you mentioned. To improve her situation she should if possible avoid fats or significantly lower it down from her diet. vitamin deficiency such as vitamin A, E, D as they are not absorbed from her diet. She should take once a month multivitamin injections containing all the fat soluble vitamins.
