Hello sir, I am suffering from tight foreskin problem, it is retract in normal condition, but difficult when it erect . Kindly suggest any medicine or ointment to avoid surgery.

Tight foreskin and itching we should consider fungal infection always and rule out diabetes.  Get evaluated for diabetes for now use onabet lotion twice daily for 2 weeks. Urologist opinion to rule out and surgical cause if ur not responding to the above medicines .
