Yes it does cause ED. Almost all SSRI's(type of antidepressants) cause sexual problems. U can either take ur meds after the sexual act it helps sometimes or you can consult ur doctor and ask him to either shift to another class of drugs or reduce the dose. But u don't have to worry because it's not permanent and is very much reversible. Do not stop the medications without consulting with your psychiatrist.
