These symptoms can be because you stopped all medicines suddenly. The medicines need to be stopped gradually while monitoring rebound symptoms or withdrawal symptoms.
Next Steps
Please contact a psychiatrist online or in person. free to contact me.

Hi It's all part of your anxiety (rebound anxiety because symptoms reappeared after stopping of medicines), you are taking least strength (dose) of medicine, you need not stop all of sudden.
Next Steps
you can restart medicine, no harm. otherwise you can consult psychiatrist for the same. thank you.

You can not abruptly stop your medicines without having full symptomatic relief. Which at the moment you are not having! (as noted by your present symptoms profile) So, for starter, just stop stalopam 5mg & dicuss with your doctor whether you can hike panazep LS dose further for better symptoms relief

Dear Sir How long a medicine needs to be continued depends on a lot of factors like the duration of illness, severity of symptoms and response to treatment...These medicines should be stopped only after a detailed evaluation and under supervision of a psychiatrist. Usually, we need to gradually reduce the dose of medications whole watching for a relapse of symptoms..so kindly see a psychiatrist in person for further help.feel free to contact me through practo.
