Hi I am having heart palpitations from the evening and it's getting worse I got my ECG checked and it's normal but I having panick attacks almost daily I always think that i will have an heart attack because today when I was sleeping opposite side I felt like someone has pinched a pin to the heart I was scared. I have so much breathing problem
