It is common for some people to have tremor, anxiety, insomnia after taking SSRI etc You should consult another doctor, he may reduce the dose or change medication or add other medication but detailed history taking and evaluation for what it was started, has to be done before doing either of that. Please keep your past prescription handy when consulting, this will help other doctor understand your treatment
Next Steps
Consult other psychiatrist

Yes you can and simultaneously can consult to a Psychologist also as these symptoms could be due to unresolved stress, so a psychologist can help u to understand your situation in a better way.
