Hello Doctors, Post Covid I am having lots of symptoms and one of them Is anxiety and panic attack. Feeling chills and cold all over body without fever and lot of weakness. I am taking clonozepam for anxiety and panic attacks, but it has its side effects too. Can you tell me any Safer medication for anxiety and panic attack and should I get any tests done for all the symptoms that has been showing. . I am doing regular breathing exercises, Stretches and cardio. Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks.
