1. Identify your triggers. Anxiety doesn't just happen randomly. There are usually specific triggers that can set off an anxious episode. By identifying your triggers, you can start to avoid them or be better prepared to deal with them when they do occur. 2. Challenge your thinking. Anxious thoughts often involve a lot of negative thinking, such as "I'm never going to be able to do this" or "I'm going to embarrass myself." These thoughts can be self-fulfilling, so it's important to challenge them. 3. Breathe. When you're feeling anxious, your breathing can become shallow and rapid. This can make your anxiety worse. Instead, consciously focus on taking deep, slow breaths. This will help to calm your nervous system. 4. Get moving. Exercise is a great way to relieve anxiety. It helps to release endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects. Even a short walk can help to ease anxiety. 5. Connect with others. Social support is crucial for people struggling with anxiety. Connecting with friends, family, or a support group can help you feel less alone and more supported. If you're struggling with anxiety, don't hesitate to reach out for help. Friends, family, and mental health professionals can all be valuable sources of support.

Hello, The symptoms of gastric upset u are experiencing are due to the side effects of ongoing medicine especially prodep. Generally these side effects settle with time. Improvement usually happens in 6 week's.
