Anxiety after covid vaccine

I have received covishield vaccine on Monday. I had fever for one day but now it is resolved. Sometimes I get Headache and vomit feeling. It is been 3 days now also sometimes I got so stressed due to this due to fear of blood clots cases occur after covishield vaccine. Do I have go for some medical tests . Please suggest something I really get anxious sometimes
