I am facing tremendous issue of anus burning its like fire is coming out after i go to poop and light burning regularly Mere itni jalan hoti hai stool paas karne ke baad ki aisa lagta hai maut aane wali hai saans nahi le paata chakkar aa jate hai stool se ye kala kala jaisa nikal raha hai Currently i am taking Pantocid-40 Colospa retard Econorm And applying dermotriad + cream at anus But still no improvement pls help me to get trough I am attaching the pic of stool black partical and my anus area
