Sir , i am having a gastric problem from last 2 years endoscopy done twice both the time they tel antral gastritis , now from last 15 days i having a pain in center of my chest and burning in right side of the chest burps are non stop also gas i passing from anal area with bad smell , facing constipation also suggest some medicine
