Sir my anti thyroglobulin antibody is 251 and anti thyroid peroxidase antibody is 1300 what can i do please help me and suggest me treatment

Get a TSH. If normal repeat in a year.

This means you have auto immune thyroid disease ( AITD ) If you Have hypothyroidism ( TSH high ) then you will need replacement of thyroxine.
