I have IgE level 4000 Doctor prescribed antihistamine tablet for 5 days Antihistamine tablet helping me to fall asleep Can I use it for around 4 months

Antihistamine usually cause sleepiness. So it must be taken at night Don't use it for such long time use for 1mon and again do igE level
