My 2 years old daughter is having cold from last one week. We are giving Maxtra Drops and nasal saline but still there are some congestion due to cold and nose is block. Please suggest any antibiotic.

If its a viral flu u should not give her antibiotics, it will develop resistance, u need to get a thorough consultation for her, as she is a small child, w e can’t take chance
