Antibiotic at the wrong times

I am taking Zithromax Antibiotic for my face acne . 2 pills every 12 hours for 3 same consecutive days in a week for 3 weeks I happened to take it late 2 or 3 times first time i was 20 minutes late second time 1 hour third time 3 hours have i developed a resistance? shall i start over or carry on? Tomorrow was supposed to be my last day.
