Does anti glare glasses protect eyes for blindness? Is it good wearing it while using digital devices? Which type of glasses are best for eye protection from digital devices? I spend a lot of time on digital devices.

Only if you have problems with glare do you need anti glare glasses. There is a lot of hype due to commercial reasons asking you to use anti glare for computer screens, but it is kot necessary and No, you will not go blind if you fail to use them!
