Hi Doctor, I went for a scan today and the reports are as below. Fetal in Cephalic presentation, fetal spine is maternal anterior, Nuchal chord+. Placenta is fundal and anterior wall. Grade 3 maturity.No placenta previa FHR is 145 b/m Fetal weight 3371+/- 300g AFI is 10 Cervical length is 31mm. Will this affect normal delivery?

Hi. Everything is normal . If the head is well engaged by 36 weeks in a primi the chances of normal delivery are good .
