Had fissure abt 2 yrs back and repeat course of Norflox TZ as per last prescription, but not much relief. However, not much pain as on date but afraid off.

Avoid constipation...take plenty of fluid, high roughage diet.... Take stool softener like  syp cremafin Do Sitz bath twice daily Sitz bath is must..

The mainstay of treatment in Fissure is avoiding hard stools. Have High fibre diet, drink more water, Take 15 ml of Syrup Duphalac at bed time.
