My brother having severe pain in hipjoint .pain is more during thrust.difficulty in seat,walk,& during sleep.having HLAB27 positive.tratement is continuing with rheumatologist.now we know it's anklosing spondilites.what is the treatment in homeopathy for this diseases.its too painful condition..please give name of remedy which reduce pain with any side effect. How we cure/control this disease
