Angioplasty done and one stent implanted

I am planning to apply for immigration to Canada on PR, and they conduct a medical test to approve immigration. I would like to know that in year 2002 angioplasty was done and one stent was implanted. But I have never ever faced any problem related to heart or anything; neither before angioplasty nor post. Currently I am not taking any medication. So will it cause any problem in getting Canada PR.

First if all if you have stent you need to be on medicines at least aspirin and a statin to prevent further reccurance. Generally if you are asymptomatic and basic tests like echo and tmt are normal it should not pose any problem. However it's imigration physician who examines for imigration
Next Steps
see your cardiologist and start on basic medicines for secondary prevention
