Need second opinion on bypass or angioplasty. -Left Main stream- Normal -Left Anterior Decending Artery- Critical 70% stenosis mid course at origin of 2nd diagonal, which itself has critical ostial stenosis -Left Circumflex Artery- Non Dominant. Critical Tubular lesion mid course. High OM has ostial stenosis. -Right Coronary Artery- Dominant. Critical Tubular Lesion mid course . Good LV function Diagnosis- TVCAD Advised- CABG Surgery/Multivessel PCI
