Hlo doc m having angina like symptoms on exertion from last 3 years but cardiac workups r negative.. now doc referring me to rheumatologist.. cud it b cervical angina?? Pain comes on climbing stairs or walking fast from upper back to chest there s also neck stiffness pain , nd sometimes headache neck pain arm pain

your symptoms are suggestive of Angina, is a cardiac evaluation is conclusively normal, Including ECHO and TMT? If yes can look for alternative causes
