Hello sir .my mother age 45 sometime she feels breathless but pulse shows 96 to 97 or 98 . . Bp 120/80 She feels to sleepy . Migh be Anemia.. May I know above symptoms are Anemia can take iron syrup or tablet pls tell .. Can amiron defeciency can cause weakness Levogen xt syrup can take pls advice this or pls reply any tablet thanks
