Anal Stenosis/Stricture

Due to Piles laser surgery 2 months ago, I think I have developed Anal stenosis as I have  straining bowel movements and it takes multiple visit to washroom to completely empty the rectum. Slight Bleeding is observed sometimes. Please suggest.

Never try to strain for motion  take plenty water  if you take medicine  from me or someone will be free  from ailments and stop bleedin contact

Are u taking all post op mesures told to u Do u take luke warm water before going to loo Have u increased roughage in your diet Are you taking any laxatives .
