I've been getting swelling around my anus and it goes down after a while It hurts to poo and i tend to go 3/4 times a day I also feel the need to pee often

Hello. It could be piles or fissure. Take laxatives/ Isabgol (fibres), eat salads and plenty of water. If problem persists, consult a surgeon.
