I have been suffering from anal itching for 1 year 8 months now. It have consulted two dermats before and their medication didn't bring any successful result. I have been following them thoroughly. First, the itching was persistent only during night time but now it is prominent whenever i wash the area. I use surfaz cream now. Earlier i have used momate.
