From past 30-45 days, area around my anus itches, I feel like scratching. I scratch too.. After scratching I feel skin gives out some secreation and area becomes wet.. Now I am observing the area is too dark and looks dry. I can feel the boundary of good skin and scratched dark skin. I am male 28 year old. Please help me I dont want to end up hurting myself of negligence.
