Developed itching around my anal opening especially after passing stools. Used an adult toy 2 weeks ago (hygiene was maintained), but it did not itch for the first week. Developed this itch in past few days. The itching happens after using the toilet or if the anal area is touched. Sometimes will happen at night. Using petroleum jelly helps soothe the itching. Concerned if it is an anal fissure. Clenching sometimes causes some itching. But i don't see any symptoms of rash or redness.
