Dr I had grade 1 hemorrhoids 3 yrs back internal and external hemorrhoids but now external got healed now I have internal hemorrhoids grade 2 but I had developed even  internal anal fistula anterior position ...Dr told me treatment of sitz bath with betadine,sufrate la cream, sitcomforte 14 tablets and chymoral ap 10 tablets and lactihep syrup ...is it enough both for both grade 2 hemorrhoids and internal anterior anal fistula ...is the treatment is enough to cure both ...or should I need surgery compulsory to treat my condition..pls gve ur valuable suggestions for my conditions
