I’ve got an anal growth and I’m not sure what it is. It started as a spot on the edge of my anus which then got irritated and grew. It then shrunk and went unnoticed for a couple months. It has recently (past couple of days) grown again and become irritated. It seems bigger than last time. The red spot is still there and on the end of the growth. It is irritating to touch and sometimes painful and irritated when performing a bowel movement, there may be a mole at the bottom of it but can’t tell.
