  3. Anal fistula. Please to make it heal.

Anal fistula around 6 yrs old. It was all OK till now but from last 4 days (may be due to high blood sugar & constipation), there is puss which is secreting now. We have given medicine for soft stool, pain, septilin, pyrex. Kindly let me know medication please to make it heal.
