Two months ago, I was diagnosed with hemorrhoids. So I was done with rubber band ligation. After banding, I was in diarrhea for three days and things came normal. Pain started after three days. Doctor said it was the wound after ligation. The pain gradually stoped after two weeks of banding. But i could feel a tag still hanging from anus. I constipated for two days and pain started again. Doctor saw and said it was anal fissure. There were four fissures. Two weeks back i was done with botox injection. Three fissures completely healed. Fourth one(the one found with tag) is still not healing. Its been two weeks now. Will it heal or i should go for further treatment? Thanks in advance
