I have a habit to clean my anus with my finger till inside Sometime after that I get a one second pain in the area I have cleaned It's subsides within 2 3 seconds Is it because of hurting with fingers Should I stop Normal stool No complaints No blood Mild constipation Pls help dr

why do u clean ur anus by inserting ur finger ??? who asked u to follow such things ???Its not required at all....per rectal examination each time after passing stools is not advised....wen u use ur fingers the nails may injure ur mucosa...and by inserting ur fingers one cannot clean their anus...
