hi ! with hb 8% you can surely continue pregnancy, as there is no immediate danger, but you should take necessary steps ( like taking proper medication with proper iron rich foods) to improve hb and iron before delivery only then your pregnancy will not land up in complications. just improve your present diet more with fresh fruits and dry fruits, hb improves well, even if it is not improved in few weeks, you may add proper medication to it.
Health Tips
have one glass full of carrot juice and one glass of beat root juice twice daily, and one cup full of pomogranate seeds twice daily, and 5 dry dates daily, these if you can maintain irrespective of your regular diet or meals what ever you may wish to take, will surely help you in building hb and iron with in couple of mnths.
