I had a miscarriage recently and there was excessive bleeding. I've been diagnosed with megaloblastic anaemia, so the blood loss is really taking a toll on my health. I feel weak, loss of appetite, nauseous. What should I do? Also, could my anaemia be the cause of my miscarriage?
Megaloblastic anemia can rarely cause abortion. You need to be put on vitamin B12 injections. See your local physician or gynaecologist as early as possible
