Hi Doctors, I have attached the ANA and LFT reports. ANA shows positive..could you please suggest if it is serious issue and next step?

ANA can be positive, but you need some evaluation for your elevated sgpt Need to rule out alcohol consumption, obesity, diabetes, hepatitis b abd hepatitis c If all are negative should go for autoimmune hepatitis profile
